Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mayor who has hired him part-time. Randal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Painter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. With wild black hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Juliana would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
