History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Korfel grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Bathin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Keyleth was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Keyleth decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norkruuth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
