History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vapula was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
