Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Bilga liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
