History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Farideh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and many gnolls want her driven away

History: Abalaba lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Gnome Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akta fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
