History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Damien and his spouse have recently divorced.

She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Nissa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Nissa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nissa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
