History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Verna grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Sethrekar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new barrister responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has achieved small success as a Barkeep.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and an old rival family wants her found
