Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Shax is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
