History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Herleva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Herleva was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Fortune-teller. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the west. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is content; and to end his boredom
