Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At some point she was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Oriel was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
