History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carlin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carlin. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Dain speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Dain was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dain's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is unsatisfied with his job
