Personality: Heskan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Heskan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.
