History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his feathered brown hat.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She dresses like a well dressed Baker does. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Baker. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult; and to reunite with her old friends
