Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Detective but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears long strands of amber and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She has slicked back chestnut hair. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nella. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her white hair is matted, messy, and big. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Engraver. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Ekk was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She became a Engraver soon after.
