History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nelkin was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
