Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This malnourished woman wears dark leathers with embroidery. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she's attracted to the pc

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars, marred by chocolates. His head has been shaved. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to clean up the streets
