Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a violet costume with the symbols of strength on his torso, marred by teas. His head has been shaved. His green eyes peer out from beneath his top violet hat.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Shane was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult

Description: She has a missing left leg. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Nalaed is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Nalaed and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a cook and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to be a carpenter again
