Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. He wears his auburn hair down. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

Description: A 5'3" southern man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'1". He wears a tan shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and his gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Adran will drive conversation. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Adran took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a brown scarf. He has silver hair. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.
Personality: Naill wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Naill was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Expand his business.
