Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Shane's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Shane was a troubled youth. Description: An older man who wears a brown collared shirt and pastel pants. He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Thorin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bowyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bowyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
