History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Burgell was born with his father's beautiful face. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
