History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Silaqui was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to get laid
