History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 48. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it
