History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. A true patriot, Jocelyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She got into the Barber business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Phann grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Phann. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Bimpnottin was born with her mother's beautiful face. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
