Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.
