History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
