Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has moderate length brown hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.
Personality: She is a Laborer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Katherine is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a laborer and was forced into it by her family

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are red and catlike.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Animal Trainer and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chem fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she wears a violet shirt with thin green vertical stripes and white pants. Her auburn hair is singed and shortened. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Millicent grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
