Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Phann's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Phann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
