The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he would like to get married and retire

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and expand her business
