History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Korinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Korinn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Korinn. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Gifted from a young age, Saphara studied abroad. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Patrick's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels kind of lost in life

She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
