Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His crest is bronze and very short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Shamash was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shamash decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Shamash managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Engraver born in the past three hundred years. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Engraver.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is content
