Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. Her silver crest is long and unkept. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Gilkass was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gilkass decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Stableman but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stableman and was forced into it by her family; and money/treasure

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears just a tan suit. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his top tan hat.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and revenge

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She wears a colorful flower in her auburn hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Fallthra was born the youngest of three triplets. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
