History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Beatrice was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Beatrice's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Iados was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west to a Hunter, Pandjed learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she desires power and/or immortality
