Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
