Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Smoking learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She struck the Detective job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and to be a crown-heir again
