He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His white hair is singed and shortened. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mindartis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He tends to wear a large pastel jacket. His fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: Emerald is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Emerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: A 3'1" northern woman, she usually wears her red robe and has her dagger always slung over her shoulder. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alain embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is greedy

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a fancy violet dress. She wears her golden hair up. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Thiala will drive conversation. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has worked as a Bookbinder like her father before her.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and wants a kiss
