Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gifted student he started as a Farmer, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.
