Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Silaqui was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
