Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her brown hair is heavily combed to the left. She has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To protect her home; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her rusty crest is knotted and matted. She has gold eyes and a green hat with a white feather.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nala fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. This black eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Valafar will drive conversation. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and further expansion of business
