Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a black costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. His gold crest is knotted and matted. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 9. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has worked as a Shepherd like her father before her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Dilettante born in the past three hundred years. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Kelter was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
