Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alston grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Alston never married again.
