History: Ella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
