Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Morkral hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She got into the Gardener business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her hair is red and curly. Her eyes are black and catlike.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.
