Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an entirely brown suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
