Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Mormo hails from a village terrorized by giants. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tattered old clothes, and is pretty ugly. He has a very tight haircut. His ears are large.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a longsword on her belt. She wears a colorful flower in her white hair. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Thervan was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
