History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and she has money and likes to spend it
