History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
