History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Verna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gold eyes.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. The war was a terrible time for her, and Gadreel does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has wavy black hair. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oloric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
