Personality: She is fixated on the number 17. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Wella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
