Description: A man of a pale complexion, he usually wears his pastel robe and has his glaive always slung over his shoulder. His long white fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. After a long history of fighting, Tree and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sora was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
