History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jade fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in the west. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
